Much of Jaipur's economy operates inside historic buildings. Havelis and palaces have become hotels, and gem and jewellery businesses trade from old premises inside the walled city, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Thick lime-plaster and stone walls weaken Wi-Fi signals, courtyards separate wings, and decorative ceilings cannot be opened. A good network here begins with a survey of the building and a route plan that the owner is comfortable signing off, before a single access point is ordered.
Away from the old city, the picture changes. Mahindra World City hosts IT and manufacturing units in a planned SEZ, Sitapura combines industrial plots with a gems and jewellery zone, and Malviya Nagar, Tonk Road and Jagatpura house colleges and universities. These sites need conventional structured cabling, fibre between blocks and campus Wi-Fi. We design and install both kinds of network, supply hardware from our catalogue, and can maintain everything afterwards under a non-comprehensive AMC.

Local considerations
Guest rooms in converted havelis are often spread around courtyards and across levels, with walls thick enough to isolate each room from a corridor access point. We tend to place smaller access points closer to guests, cable them discreetly along existing lines, and separate guest, staff, POS and CCTV networks so a busy wedding weekend does not slow the front desk.
Gem and jewellery businesses run CCTV, billing, stock systems and sometimes video calls with buyers from the same premises. We keep cameras and recorders on an isolated segment, lock down remote access through the firewall, and place racks and recorders in a secured area away from the shop floor, with UPS backup for the whole security chain.
Jaipur's universities and engineering colleges often have hostels, academic blocks and labs spread over open campuses. We connect blocks with fibre, plan outdoor or point-to-point wireless where trenching is impractical, and design hostel and library coverage around evening and exam-season peaks.
